Homes for sale are frequently open to the public. That always sounds like such
non-committal fun. What you don’t always know is that the Seller’s Real Estate Broker is right there on site. Interested parties
can tour the property, sign a visitor’s log, ask questions
of the Seller’s Broker and possibly make an offer. If you venture
out to an open house without your Buyer’s Broker, you have
no one to represent you and your best interests. This innocent
interaction can often be precarious, at best, and is not recommended.
Proceed with caution. |
